★★★★★ UPDATE: I emailed the company, and they emailed me back quickly on a Saturday even. They were fixing a glitch. They emailed me again the same day to tell me it was resolved. I am impressed with the quick response and resolution. The app works as advertised. I have epilepsy and need to take meds on time. The app makes it easier to use the pill box.

★★★★★ Both the app and pill dispenser are great, the dispenser is large but can contain many doses, the one big drawback to the app is it has a chance to not save input example if you set the volume from medium to mute it may stay at medium volume

★★☆☆☆ Loved it until it decided to stop showing the alarm on my phone. Even though it is set to notify me with all device functions. Fixed this problem once before; that was when they updated the app. But now there is nothing I can change that will make it give notifications on my phone.

★★☆☆☆ Security / privacy concerns - The pill dispenser itself seems to work. It was set up by my brother (not easy). I am using the app to remotely monitor from out of state. The app won't work unless I let it sniff for household Bluetooth devices, and it requires my "precise" location. A countertop pill dispenser doesn't need either... the device is the product not me, I paid for it. Fix your app. No ads so far so that is a plus.

★★☆☆☆ Monitored my elderly parent was taking her pills as they should. Notifications worked for a while but stopped notifying my cell phone when pills where taken or missed. Pill dispenser works as should dispense pills.
