★★★★★ I found the app useful and a good start to CBT for the 3 months trial. You need to be committed and dive deeper into CBT if you want the full benefit. I never read the fine print, and I was auto signed up for a year. I didn't need the full year, but their support team was kind enough to cancel and refund me, hence 5 stars and not 4.

★★★★★ Despite all the bad reviews. I actually found it useful. It gets you into a routine of sorting out your emotions. The idea isn't to spend your day on it but just take 10 min to do your journaling around the exercise and think about how that makes you feel. I only planned to do it for a month anyway, so I will not complain about the little investment it took to get me on the right path again. A wellbeing app isn't going to solve your problems in 2 min. It's just a guide.

★★☆☆☆ Relatively useless app with somewhat predatory billing practices. The value for money is poor. Beware if you pay through their website that no easy cancellation option is available, and they won't refund the charge.

★★☆☆☆ Don't ever buy. They sign you up for a 3-month subscription then 2 mins later tell you the subscription is expired, and a new one needs purchase. Scumbags taking advantage of people that clearly want help with their disabilities

★★☆☆☆ Zero Stars - this company is a con. Their product is NOT WORTH the money you have to pay. I tried to get my money back minutes after they charged me and would not honor it. So I spent A LOT of money for NOTHING. Would NOT RECOMMEND.
