I really like the app and love how everything is pretty seamless transferring over from the dot paper to the app. One feature that's really missing is the option to create custom tags. I use post-it notes for everything, so it's nice to be able to look back and recall what I wrote down, but I'm easily frustrated that I have to scroll through an endless list of notes trying to find a specific note I made. If I could make custom tags, I'd at least be able to filter down my notes to a topic.

I am an O.G. pulse pen user. I loved the apps and pen features of the pulse. Having the internal memory, apps (primary and add on) as well as other features were a selling point. Dissapointment was abounded when it did not make inclusion in the world of software. I would like to add, if I did not acquire a new model pen on discount, you would not be reading this. Livescribe! Next time, ask and I am quite sure you can get feedback on producing a proper pen. Call me. App ok, pen, not so much.

This is my 3rd Live scribe pen and past app for Android worked OK. Now with a firmware update, it does not pair with Livescribe3. Live scribe should publish a pairing icon for Livescribe3 for those who has old notebooks.

Pen no longer syncs with Galaxy ultra 22 phone. I can get it to connect via Bluetooth ok but no sync. Followed all the out of date help guides on the site and no joy. Must be something in the One UI 6 (Android 14) update as works ok on my Tab6 with Android 12. Why is it so hard to get this app to work consistently? Had a Live scribe pen (Livescribe3 now a Symphony) since 2016 and the app has always been unreliable. Please just make it work.
