Great app for simplifying the document uploading task for clients of a loan officer. Makes clients feel connected and understandably so. Great the way it is right now, and I highly recommend branding it as a loan officer, but there is some large future potential down the road like a Roosting.

Good idea, poor implementation Great calculator if the numbers were current. Fha loan limits are way off. Sliders are very hard to use on a Note 3 phone which is reasonably large. Good potential but not ready for prime time.

Previous version was much better. This version doesn't allow you to input whole numbers for property taxes or down payments, only percentages, also doesn't allow less than 3.5% for FHA down pmt, which isn't always the case, as in $100 down fha hud homes.

The app is very expensive, and it doesn't calculate correctly. When entering the amount for homeowners insurance the result is $66.67 regardless of the amount you enter. Also, I tried running payment scenarios for a 15-year loan and the principal and interest payment was incorrect. I've reached out to their technical support team 2ce over the past few months, and they said that it's a known problem, and they're working on it, but it's still not fixed. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP
