The app has worked great for use with 4 - L1 smart lock boxes connected through a smart Bluetooth to Wi-Fi bridge. Setup was easy and assigning permanent and short term passwords is straightforward. The only gripe is that they require a minimum of 6 digits instead of the more common 4.

It works without any fuss. Bluetooth unlocking only works with one device at the time, I mean if there is one device close to it connected then the second device fails to connect.

Been using it for 1–2 weeks without any hangup but needs some improvement like auto unlock, directly access to g30 lock and add the door viewer into the app.

My lock never paired it just kept saying the device was off, but it was clearly on there was no way to tell the lock to pair and there was no way to pair the device on this app so this product and this app is trash in my eyes. I'm returning this lock to Amazon and will never buy one of your products again because of this shoddy design. PS add a pairing button to your device so that you don't have to rely on passive Bluetooth signals for it to pair.

Not sure if it the app or the lock itself but they both suck! Doesn't connect even when I have my phone literally on top of the lock. How am I supposed to change the code if someone who i no longer want to have access, already has it?

Application is a joke, it won't pair the lock with my android phone.
