I had to downgrade the app because the latest version doesn't report the door unlocked. Instead, it shows locked in family mode when in fact the door is unlocked. Lockly is going from bad to worse. Very disappointed. Update: Latest version 2.7.9 fixed the not showing correct lock status. It also now shows if the door is open or closed like previous versions. Wish I could remove the Lockly Logo at the bottom of the screen. It takes up valuable real-estate on the screen.

The app is okay. If it saved your last input of Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and if there was a widget with a button to easily hit lock/unlock, it would be deserving of another star. I've had my deadbolt for about 3–4 years on 2 different houses. There have been accessibility issues in the past where the guest code wouldn't work. Somebody actually had to break in the back door because the lock wouldn't even work remotely, which caused me to lose money from that guest and I had pay to fix the door frame.

Installed one today the lock is a bit stiff to use with the key but being new I kinda expected it I'm able to unlock and lock the door with the app I've got my sons and my fingerprint set up so we both can use the door I will be buying another one for another door

Good locks, but the app is slow and glitchy. Latest update is even worse. The refresh lock status function never seems to work.

The App doesn't allow me to access my lock remotely. I have nest, and it works perfectly, so Lockly is just no good.

Same experience. Just a regular door lock. For the Money and being Smart lock the app is not on par. I'm not getting notifications when door is opened or closed. The doorbell feature is not working either. Useless as a Smart lock if these don't work or be accurate. Fix it!
