★★★★★ Not the easiest option for booking flights. Difficult to actually book and pay, due time lag. Ended having payment taken twice, giving me 2 flights on the same plane. Became aware, following day, reading Emails. Found 2, 2 different booking details. Phoned, very helpful gentleman sorted it out, refunded 1 of the bookings.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app, does not even track late flights and with loaner most of them are always late. I fly a lot and this has to be fair one of the worst apps I have used second to the airline itself

★★☆☆☆ Booking with this app is like being in 2005. The app doesn't save your details or transfer over your clan number even when logged in to the app. The website isn't much better to be honest.

★★☆☆☆ It will not let me book a flight through the air discount scheme. My phone screen just goes blank when you confirm price/details.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. Bookings disappear! You have to delete the app and reinstall and you booking reappears, for maybe 4 hours then whoosh it's gone. Also, it doesn't seem possible to save your boarding pass to Google Pay.
