★★★★★ I recently brought the bracelets for my bf and I. They are cute, but they don't vibrate. And the red light goes off constantly

★★☆☆☆ I got it for Christmas for me and my girlfriend, and it connected to her iPhone just fine, but I have a Motorola and I got it to Bluetooth to the necklace but in the app it says device connected when I click connect device, but it still says connecting please touch device at the bottom. I can change the color, but I can't connect to hers or send her anything. It also asks me to download a file on chrome and I downloaded it and the file didn't do anything, so I am left with light up necklace that dies

★★☆☆☆ I'm not even able to connect bracelet I'm able to join but just says update is required when there is no update she could connect, but mine is just out of luck just beeps red nothing else won't connect
