I've had this app since it was out! I've always installed it on any phone I have, it's the best one I've found. Really relaxing and gets me to sleep without fail. I guess over the years I've used it I have lost weight and become leaner and I notice that if I don't use it for a week or so, I will go a bit crazy with the snacks and refined sugar! Definitely works.

Not worth it This app isn't worth downloading. The woman's voice isn't relaxing at all. There are so many better weight loss hypnosis apps. Also, you can't turn off your screen while she is talking.

Pop up adds need fix. Then would be 5 stars Would be great, but all these pop ups while your sleeping. Have to keep waking up to get ride of pop up adds. Breaks it up too much.
