Where's the NatWest icon & how do I find it? Won't let me request it, indicating it's already been done, but search for it by name & no icon. Gone for a refund on this until I know how to find my main banking icon, which sits in the middle of my home screen! Please advise what the hell this icon is even called, so I can assign it to the app. If it's not been done, why doesn't it come up as an option to request?!
