★★★★★ Excellent app, great audio. We took the half day tour. We navigated through the louvre very easily with the help of the detailed instructions and images. One problem we encountered was that at the psyche and cupid statue it played the Mona Lisa track again. Also, the navigation instructions to the Egyptian section were garbled, but we could still find out way with the photos provided.

★★★★★ Loved this 2 hour tour! So very happy! It worked! We were through the louvre in two hours which was perfect for our group. We were able to get to the Eiffel Tower and others must see destinations on time! One piece of advice. You might want to download the app and practice with your personal headphones the day before. Our adult children had to help us use these items for the first time lol. Again, the app was awesome. Pick your preferred tour length and get it!

★★☆☆☆ Decent app. Needs a lot more work. I used the app for the half day Louvre tour. The step-by-step navigation instructions are good, but you need Wi-Fi to use the app. Wi-Fi and cell reception in the Louvre is unreliable, and can be a source of frustration. Downloadable tours for offline use should be added. The points of interest are just AI/ chat gpt generated. Some of them are bland with grammatical errors. Overall a pretty rough app, but it will work with some effort.

★★☆☆☆ Had to come back to rate since got no reply back on email. I was at Louvre Museum yesterday. The audio did not work while I was there. Is there any way to get the refund?
