★★☆☆☆ Useless doesn't allow adjusting your holiday after you have left. My mother was dying and no one in love holidays provided me with assistance. Bounced back to the airline even though it was booked via loveholidays.ie, never again.

★★☆☆☆ I've booked numerous holidays with love holidays and used the app without any issues. Since new update I can no longer save any holidays in the favorites section as it just brings me to my account details. I have to go on the actual website and log in to view the saved holidays. This really needs to be fixed as it's not at all practical

★★☆☆☆ Avoid at all costs. Customer services are dreadful... they have mixed up my holiday so much I have to start again... only reply to emails when they feel like it. Had problems from start to finish. Would cancel but would get yet another fee... so many hidden costs.... never using again.
