Makes choice easier There is such a range of foods we can and can't eat - so much that I can't remember it all. Having this app makes choosing what I buy and eat so much more convenient and easier.

Good base! Great base for a really great low FOD MAP app! It's free, so I really can't complain (and I'm not, I promise!) but this could be a PERFECT app if some modifications were made. For instance, it's very obvious the food list is quite Americanized, so a lot of items are missing that are common in an Australian or British diet. So it would be great if we could add our own custom foods. Either that, or make the list much more extensive (maybe take suggestions from your current user base? We're here, and we'd love to help you!) and then categorize the foods, so it isn't such a massive scrollable list. I do appreciate that the list is from a variety of sources, and the ok/not sure/can't eat ratings, because it really does differ from person to person. It's also a spotless UI. Some things in the list were a bit confusing e.g. "French toast" (unless it's made with gluten-free bread) and "gelato" (most flavors would contain milk solids).
★★☆☆☆
FOD MAP diet app. A reasonably good list of foods, but disappointed about the research of allowed foods. The most successful IBD management has been done by eliminating Sugar and fat. The sticky combination proves very bad for IBD sufferers. So why is sugar and other sweet products marked as OK to eat. Ice cream is like eating rat poison to a IBD patient.

Crashes on launch on ICS Unfortunately it crashes when started on Android 4.0.1(Ice Cream Sandwich) on Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Crash report sent.

No wheat This lists wheat products as ok, wrong!

Better off paying for the correct information Buy the Monash University app. Everything else is second hand and not scientifically thorough.
