★★★★★ I love our local Lowes. The store is always neat and orderly. The associates are typically very happy and professional. However, sometimes, it is hard to find someone. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just always busy.

★★★★★ Good app, I think the in store bar code scanner can use some updating and the way you input my reward money in self check out. If I sign in on the self check out, everything should be available. Also for in store, having the security disable thing on the side where you move your items to after scanning would help as most people don't know they have to deactivate the device in the middle, since self-checkout is the only option, I'm an untrained employee with no employee discount.

★★☆☆☆ This app truly isn't good at all. On beam barcodes, the barcode reader works fine'ish, it's a bit slow. On bin barcodes, it struggles to read the barcodes at all. Also, I can't count how many times per day I open up the app just to see that it can't keep my account logged in to save its life, so I have to go through the tedious process of logging in again several times a day, and it's a massive waste of time and willpower. Fix this app. Keeping my account logged in is the most basic function.

★★☆☆☆ Lowes store is good, but the app has gremlins in it. Constantly slow to pull up, and often times I have to close it out and bring it up again. Also logs me out fairly often as well.

★★☆☆☆ One of the worst user-friendly apps! The security is a joke. Lowes is Fort Knox? Even my banking apps are much, much more user-friendly. The app doesn't remember my user/email. If I use my password to login, why must a get sent a pass code to have to enter? Once I get the code, it doesn't go through and wants me to sign in a second time, which sometimes works but on occasion I have to do it a third time. This is the most frustrating part. Why does it log me out after inactivity? Home Depot anyone?
