App works great. Have been using these hearing aids for 9 months, no issues with them. Works great with phone and car.
★★★★★
App isn't perfect, but I use it multiple times a day and have figured out how to mostly deal with the flaws. The biggest being the strength of the Bluetooth connection. While my phone is on my desk or on the floor in the gym I have decent range, but once my phone is in my pocket one ear almost alway cuts out, so I can't walk and stream simultaneously. It might be a hardware deficiency in the aids themselves, so nothing would help, but I'm hopeful it's software and can be made better in the future.
★★☆☆☆
Unstable, unreliable, nowhere near ready to stream anything. I gave this app and my hearing aids 3 days to see if I could figure out the bugs because I'd really love to stream. It just doesn't work. At best, it will give you okay audio, but the hearing aid won't be synced. Most of the time the audio come through distorted, not at all or one ear normal the other Mickey Mouse. Crazy they did an update, sent emails to everyone telling them about it and still have unstable/horrible streaming.
★★☆☆☆
This app is really bad. I've had my hearing aids for 24 hours and have lost the connection to one or both of them at least 10 times. How do my $30 wal mart ear buds stay connected but these $3,200 hearing aids don't. Do better Lucid.
★★☆☆☆
Consistently dropped both hearing aids and then requires a restart of the phone to reconnect. Horrible app
