★★★★★ i can't redeem any gift cards when will this issue finally be resolved im not happy @ all with this game it used to be enjoyable but now i don't know enjoyable is the right word right now i am so unhappy that i found out about this yesterday this isn't fair to any of us lucky level C'mon this is sad for us all i'm begging u please please fix this game some of us need the money especially during these times with the corona virus going all around a lot of us can't afford or go back to our jobs i hope it doesn't take to long to fix this issue with the game i need the money for food clothes and something to drink we cannot live like this u can do better with making your mistakes with these errors and why is it sometimes we have TO WAIT ON U ALL TO MAKE UP YOUR MINDS I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH U ALL LUCKY LEVEL!

★★★★★ *To all those having a difficult time redeeming tokens for gift cards* if you contact them like the ask you they take forever to follow up with your request but THEY WILL SEND YOUR GIFT CARD! I had to follow up with them like hey what happened I haven't heard from you but they did send the gift card! I've used this app for over a year, its not always easy to get your gift card but they never stiffed me. Patience pays. Is it frustrating, totally! But they pay eventually.

★★☆☆☆ Why is it not giving an option to redeem for a gift card? It says to email lucky level support...well I have done that in the past with no response. When will this be fixed?

★★☆☆☆ UPDATE!!! Do Yourselves some Favor and Flag This APP and report to google if they dont give your deserved Gift Cards. I STILL HAVEN'T HAD A HELP FROM SUPPORT EVEN THEY SAY CONTACT THEM FOR SUPPORT and They will just asked you for whatever screenshots they want And BEEN TRYING ALMOST A YEAR NOW and off course been updating App recently still nothing!!!, SHAME ON THIS KIND OF PEOPLE WHO EARNS UNETHICAL WAY!
