★★★★★ Service was excellent, there was great, timely communication and everything happened just as promised. Very happy with it.

★★★★★ We used Lug git to hold onto 4 large pieces of luggage while we passed through Lisbon for a long weekend. Pirres (our keeper) met us at the airport to collect our bag. We were then able to visit Lisbon traveling with just our carrycots. After our weekend Pierre met us at the airport where we collected our bags from him. Saved us so much hassle and was half the price of airport locker storage fees. The whole Lug git team was very communicative and friendly. Thank you!

★★☆☆☆ Waste my time. In app description, you didn’t mention, which Countries you are available. Even app detect location automatic. No option to select my location.

★★☆☆☆ Requires SMS to activate which means roaming charges if you are already where you need this app. Adding a payment method also doesn't work. And you have to know when and where you want the luggage dropped off when it gets picked up.
