★★☆☆☆ Whenever I send money sometimes it shows payment not received, but amount is already deducted from my account and all times it takes days to transfer the amount and always I need to contact customer service about payment issues and transaction delays

★★☆☆☆ I don't believe this company has any IT or software support. App always has an error. I believe they don't need this business. I think owner doesn't know anything about that. I have tried numerous times to transfer through the app but always comes with error due to be unable to calculate the fees error. I communicated with tech support many times for more than six months. Every time their reply it will be solved. I was trying to transfer money to the USA.
