Well-made app overall - it could be streamlined and made easier to check your stats over the weeks (not just the current week) progress. Also, it would be great to be able to search for specific trainers to see all their classes. Great classes and trainers! A couple of ideas: A page for each trainer where you can follow them to keep track of new workouts and see their workout series. Monthly progress (HR, weekly workouts, time spent, etc.) shown on a graph or on a chart on the app would help 🙂

The mirror and Android app regularly get out of sync. I have to pair with the mirror very often, even though nothing about my phone or Wi-Fi has changed. Why can't it remember my mirror? Or I'll start a mirror update from the Android app, and it'll say "update complete" on the phone while the mirror remains stuck in the "update 90% complete" screen for a good while longer. The workouts are good once they're running, but the app feels glitchy when you start it up.

LULULEMON I love their pantyhose so much paint and I have pantyhose in every color and the best thing about them is they don't wear out quickly, and they don't fall down, and they have a last written on the inside as well as up pantyhose.

Every few quarters I have to contact Tech Support because workouts don't play. I've updated the app, restarted it, restarted the mirror, restarted my phone, etc. etc. but can't get a solution on my own. It's a huge disappointment and waste of my time. It's hard enough getting motivated to start a workout, only to have the device not do the basics. The Mirror is just expensive piece of decor at this point. A real shame since the content is actually really good (when it plays).

Have loved it for like the last 3 years until peloton took over. Now live classes are gone, so you may want to take that off the "about this app" info. Can't get my pixel 2 to connect to it, and I just realized this morning that tai chi was gone. Why are you deleting workouts that are already recorded?Also, the peloton workouts are too busy. Should be just trainer and mirror. Fix these problems and I will change it back to the 5 star I would have called it about 3 months ago.

Just an awful experience over the past week. No workouts will play. No response from Lululemon tech support. I've don'te a ton of troubleshooting on my own and confirmed that Android update was done 1/18. What exactly am I paying for???
