Do not waste your time with this app. Last 2 months could only use it with mobile data on, no access using wifi. Got weird alerts from people with non existing profiles. Customer service not helpful at all, keept asking for same info over and over for weeks + log in via mobile and email... seems created to gather people's private info and use/ sell it for other purpose. Asked repr. to delete all my personal data from their database, still no confirmation received from allegedly management.

Men in Lumen are a waste of time. They don't respond to messages.This app is poorly designed. Their Discover and Send buttons don't work. It is so hard to reach the admins of this app.

Why am I deleting this app? Simple. Any app incapable of retaining/remembering the (I think) three settings it allows you to have (on the free app) is not worth taking up memory on my device. What incentive is there to pay for the handful more extra/advanced filters if they're also not going to be respected (confirmed by many other negative reviews here)? Uninstalled within 1 week. EDIT: Read Lumen's response! What they call "periodically" is *every time you close it! Why bother giving that opt?
