App: lame app, unresponsive, always logged out automatically with no reason, content not updated, UI/UX very pathetic. Lunch Actually is a scam dating consultant. They lured you into being their member with huge amount of membership fee that you can't make a refund. Their candidates also not many & end up setting you with random candidates. Unclear process on how do they screen their candidates. DON'T EVER USE THEIR SERVICE. LOTS OF PEOPLE GIVING BAD REVIEWS. BE WISE

Paid for a yearly package. Consultant was good sales on promoting how good they are, and you will expect more matching, but it is just a trick to persuade you sign the offer. Please aware the words *if anyone matches your requirement then will arrange more matching*😉. In results, they only arranged 5 dates (minimum agreement) and 3 unmatched my requirements. Price not cheap, so I have a high expectation to their service. Conclusion is results and quality not comparable to the price paid.

This Lunch Actually Service is Bad. I'm spilling it out the truth after getting frustrated. After paying the price of meeting 1 candidate, I have to keep asking when do I meet my 1st candidate. If i don't ask, then my profile is just left not being handled. It's been asking for 5 months in the row, still no candidate and when I ask for refund, bear in mind guys when u make ur candidate criteria the 1st time be sure never to change them. If u change those, your rights to refund is gone.
