New update works much better! Got it work finally with this update. Everything is way better than the old app. I would add directions somehow. For those who don't know add the device to a group and control it from there.

These lights have been a horrible experience. I'm continuing to have problems with the app not connecting to the Bluetooth box and now the lights will just turn on by themselves (again a box issue). The app never stays connected to the lights so the functionality of changing colors doesn't work after the failure of the connection. I'm at a point I've got to uninstall these lights, so my battery doesn't run down.

App is terrible, disconnects randomly from the 3 zones, if your lucky enough to get it to connect. Great lights horrible controller box and app
