I use Lyft to go to work and back home, why when it rains or the weekend the rides doubles in the same distance?? Why should I pay 37.00 compared to $16.00 And I work for $15.00 an hour Regular customers should have some priorities 🙄 Thanks

★★★★★ I'm so thankful for this company. I've had mostly good experiences, with very few negative ones. I've used Lyft in Texas, Louisiana, and now in Missouri. My only real complaint is that the driver app always sends my drivers to the apartment complex next door to my hotel, instead of to me, even though I used the complete address that includes the hotel name. The drivers say they can't see that part. Lyft is frequently used here. This needs to be fixed. For the drivers and the riders. Thank you.

★★☆☆☆ Impossible to talk with someone: Ride canceled by the driver I waited for 15 minutes. I had to use Uber because of your incompetence. I arrived late at the drop-off location and I lost the train. No help, no assistance, nobody to talk with. And I'm still waiting for my refund.
