This newer version is A NIGHTMARE. Yes, they added Spanish and English to the available languages, BUT they didn't fix one of the biggest pain points of the app: that you MUST enter the specific bus/metro/tram stop, so you can get the schedule (it would be great if TCL managed to do as City Mapper with the adresses). Besides, the added more functionalities... but they're all broken. I dislike this app with great intensity (so I uninstalled it).

If they cancelled one stop during the travel because of work in the road, they didn't mention in the application.so I wasted a lot of time. New application is roo bad

The last version of the tcl app was pretty good. Now is bad, the interface is buggy, slow, and it doesn't have the same features the previous version had (you cannot check the real time of passage of buses you classified as favorite, your departure point is always your delocalization and is difficult to change...etc.). It seems they tried to modernize the app, but instead they downgraded (apart from the fact they erased all the info you saved on the previous version). Disappointing

Awful UX, user-hostile design. Frustrating. Unreliable. Timetables are not real time but static. For instance, several metro lines are not running at all today because of a strike, yet their timetables lie in the app and give false information. Alerts work only if you have a sub with their dumb non-standard card. Doesn't work if you have the regional standard OùRA card.
