★★☆☆☆ In the last few months this app was one of my most favorite apps it just worked and had no problems. But in the last few months nothing working. No notification from lyse about the app just bills and threats even after telling them about the problems. Will try again but getting feed up with the lack of response from app developer or lyse. Have had to pay to 2 extra months. Also started noticing that my electricity usage has skyrocketed even with no heating or extra devices on. Usage is twice last year's. Also, can not update the metering reading if estimated bill is higher than actual, to be honest it shows the level of customer care. Shame

★★☆☆☆ In your info when having to reinstall the app it says you can change these options in the setting, funny thing only the language is changeable! Did you forget the rest? Or just competence? Advert ID and the other settings are not changeable. Feels like we are using another untrustworthy app. Shame! Also, why can we not have current usuaeage in Kw/h. That way more people could stay within their tier. UI is appalling no dark version now quick way to see current actual usage or cost of current.

★★☆☆☆ Nothing works in the last 3 months The app just hangs after openning. It won't even close.
