I want to complain about the way you are doing ID verification you have to use not only passport due to most of the Nigerian citizens aren't passport holder you have used with like national identity card and voters card

It is possible to get verified but like many others say, they ask more than banks. The interface is purposely confusing to give the impression you can exchange your crypto for fiat and withdrawal YOU CANNOT EXCHANGE CRYPTO FOR FIAT AND WITHDRAWL, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE AT M2. They know 90% of people would never sign up if this was clear, the ad they ran on X specifically said withdrawl was possible which is a lie.
