Most unreliable food delivery app. Sometimes they take the money, but the order doesn't get fulfilled. Sometimes the order gets delayed by up to 1 and half hours!! And each time you call their customer support number you don't get a response! The delivery agent says "call my office", and the office doesn't pick up calls. Horrible service!

Poorly made app. They have safety measures to ensure that the customer gets the food ordered from the correct restaurant. Ordered from a known restaurant and got food from elsewhere. It was evident because we knew the packaging style of that restaurant and the food tasted bad as well which is unusual for that restaurant. Clearly the delivery boy got the food from some other restaurant and delivered. App has no measures to prevent such things from happening.

I have bad experience with this app I ordered food from the famous hotel at payyannur but I got local food from this app. Do you provide bill for each order? But we can't get any bill.
