I don't think it's a Micropoint that some of the things are messed up, but it would be easier for a truck driver if you made it not so complicated. But then again the brokers that go through you to put the loads in maybe aren't giving all the right information.

No complaints from the brokers using it, unless you hit the pause button for ten hrs while you are sleeping, because it seems to hide your licationband the broker helpers call you up accusing you of hiding your location. Some impose fines if they can't see you tracking. So leave it on till you get to your stop and don't use the pause for X time button.

These tracking apps absolutely suck. They kill my phone battery, they want access to everything, and you have to leave your location on at all times. Micromanagement at its finest.

A TRUCK DRIVER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DOWNLOAD A TRACKING APP FOR A CUSTOMER...THEY WANT TO TRACK THEIR LOAD GET THE SHIPPER TO PUT ONE IN THE TRAILER ON THE LOAD ITSELF 😡😡😡😡😡😡 THEY DON'T PAY MY PHONE BILL AND MY DATA USAGE SO WHY SHOULD I GIVE THEM ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL PHONE 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️😡😡😡😡😡😡

App to track you. Freight brokers make me download to track shipments. Maybe ok if I was an owner operator, but I'm a w2 employee and the company has a tracking app for their trucks.

Loses load tracking ALL THE TIME No, the broker did not fail to enter the info, so don't club me over the head with an autoresponse. The load is there, then it disappears. Your app sucks.
