Great app!! This app has just about anything a person is looking for when he comes to true crime, unique line up of a ton of other shows as well.

The TV app needs a lot of work, it's very buggy in its current state. Multiple points from the top of my head: - while watching a video, I can't just press the remote to show the title of the video - clicking on a recommended video after finishing one takes you straight to it playing instead of its title screen. This causes the app to go back to the previous video's title screen instead of the one that we just played (the recommended video) - some videos just stop all of a sudden.

App is absolutely terrible. I can watch 10 minutes into something (anything) and then it crashes. Love Magellan TV content, but the app is garbage.

The content is pretty refreshing. It's definitely different from Netflix and HBO Go. My main gripe is I don't feel like paying for a subscription (btw so many of the good documentaries and docuseries require a subscription) when the app glitches so damn much and so many of the reviews on here have even corroborated my suspicion that the subscription will not be worth it. Definitely has a lot of potential though.!!! There is definitely an appetite out there for substance over volume.!

Was hopefully this would be the documentary heaven I've been looking for. First, you don't get a month free or for 99¢ unless you chose the option to pay for an entire year. Second, the app crashes constantly. This is the only app I have issues with, so it's not my device. Sadly, I'll be canceling my free trial.

I subscribe to/pay for Magellan TV on Xfinity, but it only shows me "free" videos on my Element TV. So I tried the phone app here, but it won't let me log in. Says I don't have an account with my email address. Which is wrong, I pay for this service and I don't know why at this point. Guess I'll unsubscribe and just have access to the free content since that is all it will give me on the TV. I'm not going to pay for it twice. Such a bummer, I was looking forward to this phone app. Get it together!
