Pretty decent time waster, you can in theory do it without paying, but I suggest some basic packs to enjoy better in my opinion.

Giving it a 1 because I can't even play the game. Downloaded it, opened it. Pressed start, and it freezes when the picture of the dragon pops up right when it's telling you the story.
