I would like to appreciate the teamwork of Mai Dubai. Well done ! Special thanks to Mr. AbuBaker - the delivery man to be always very polite helpful. He has been doing his job for many years in the same area. I requested him for a new bottle 5 years ago, and he always remembers until now.

I have feedback about the call center staff. As we all know, The water delivery team only accepts cash and not card payments. There were times when we ran out of coupons and need to purchase more, but we have no cash in hand. I would call the service center and I have to prepare cash in advance. I have spoken to 3 call center staff and not once did anyone of them told me about the application or the online payment method. Perhaps train the staff to improve their product knowledge.

After ordering on app .waited 4 days no water arrived when call customer care said order through call center if u want quick service

There is no way to change the delivery address in app. Delivery is totally unclear: nobody notifies you when it supposed to be.

When delivery Guy leaves with new bottles am unable to make a payment on the app . What app messaging is an AI style response that is unhelpful .

Not a customer friendly app. Have deposit for 2 bottles but cannot place order for 1 empty bottle to be refilled/ exchanged with full bottle. Shows add to cart - shows 2 bottles in order - unable to make it one. If provision is available, I can share the screenshot. Now seeing the empty bottle outside the door, the delivery person refills the bottle and deducts the amount by himself. If he doesn't refill or forgets our floor, we have to call him and follow up or buy alternate bottles.
