I was not only happy but also amazed when I got the train ticket reservation, which I made just 10 minutes before the train's departure. It was my first time booking through MakeMyTrip, and it was 100% satisfactory.

One of the best apps but train ticket booking is not up-to-date. Cab booking is well, but I faced some issues regarding drivers, they demand excess fare which is not bearable. In recent visit Rajgir from Gaya station driver who came was not the same person as shown in apps, and he never asks me for OTP. It's a great security problem look into this matter

Worst app, I booked a hotel with early check in for 6AM with spical request paying 2400. Hotel denies for early check in and MakeMyTrip also do not provide any resolution, and they are not ready to cancel my booking or refund or provide me with the other stay. I also requested them I am ok to pay the difference amount. But MMT is not ready. Wast of time and money with this app. I have to book with othe website for early check in at the last minute. Since I was traveling with by mom.

This app is doing fraud to its customers by making them pay extra amount in its trip guarantee section in the name of refunding 3x amount in case of ticket remains waitlisted. In that case they deduct the extra amount and refund a lesser amount and provide the customer a good-for-nothing voucher code which is not applicable in most of the stations and moreover you have to use the voucher to book ticket in such a train which departs within 7 days. Worst ever experience with train ticket booking.
