It’s been four weeks since I first tried to log in, but I keep getting the same "account issue" error message. Initially, I was told the app was offline, but now that it's back online, the issue remains. I even sent a screenshot of the error message but received no response. When I called customer service, they escalated the complaint multiple times, yet there's still no feedback. I feel like I've exhausted all available options, and nothing seems to be working. I thinking of closing my account

It's ways the same issue whenever there's an update. 1. Yesterday, I tried signing in and got an error "invalid interface credentials" (don't ask me for a screenshot because everyone has been reporting the same and getting the same standard reply. The issue should be known by now). 2. I cleared the apps' data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, now it doesn't even go past the black Makro start page i.e. I CANNOT access the login page, which is something that was reported in another review.
