Website is terrible and app is even worse. & Service: Placed order from website. 2dasy later got call to verify payment & shipping information. Asked any documents to verify it. I've shared Aadhaar card, next day got mail Order verified & shipping today. After another 2 days product wasn't shipped. Helpline number don't work. Contacted fron insta dm. Then order got cancelled & App don't show order placed on websites...

Malabar Gold Became Cheating Nowadays. Especially Malabar Gold Bhimavaram staff are very Rude towards the customers. They are acting Dual. They are cheating the customers Who paid schemes. So stupids. They are losing the valuable customers with heir head strong behavior. Managers also not reacting if the sales persons are rude. They give us so much respect until we pay the scheme, after that they will show their true colors and real face.
