★★☆☆☆ Got e-voucher by redeeming 500 telkomsel point. The voucher is delivered by email and said it's active. Tried to use the voucher, but the code given could not be used. Called the useless call centers of both Telkomsel and MAP that could do nothing but apologize

★★☆☆☆ Not able to place order. Firstly the sold out items get shown in the cart with no message. And even after they were removed I kept getting internal server error. Customer service is poor asked me to place order for items separately. 9 items to be ordered separately is a joke.

★★☆☆☆ Every login failed and asked to contact CS. But no option to contact CS on the Apps, very useless
