Terrible. They depend on their partner Aramex who are irresponsible. I requested a pickup before 12 pm, but they do not contact even by 2 pm. We are forces to work for their time despite the options they let us select. Was told to contact Aramex for the delay, and they say they can't contact the dispatcher. Handicapped. Now they cancelled the pickup without any notification. When called they say it's rescheduled but no proof whatsoever. Avoid using this. Use a reliable courier like DHL directly.
