★★☆☆☆ Definitely one of the worst apps I've had the displeasure of encountering. Painfully slow to use (loading times are terrible). Absurd levels of security required just to access it...totally over the top. Some restaurants, like Din Tai Fung claim they aren't a part of the rewards program even though the app says they are. All in all - a horrible experience to use. Forces you to update in order to use it....then the update is not available for download, so the app becomes unusable.

★★☆☆☆ Apps very lagging and keep crashing. 98% of the time unable to open the apps. Give up and uninstall the apps.
