I use it constantly. L love "My Chart," and especially the ability to obtain test results, send messages to doctors, and transfer appointments to my calendar - among many other things.

After using this app for about 10 months to access test results, etc., for 2 weeks, I couldn't log in at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it worked for a day. I have been trying to communicate with my PCP for 3 weeks now and I give up. I am just going to call his office and make an appt to talk to him. I sure am glad this isn't a banking app!

It works fine to check appointment information send messages or check labs, but there's something wrong with the visit summary and notes not ever opening I ALWAYS get an error message its very frustrating.

Nothing ever works. Trying to make a payment, change payment info keeps sending me back or cancel and YES, info is correct. Now I have to send a check.🤬
