The app has a beautiful design, and it's super easy to use. But the real gem to me is the staff at the physical bank in WRJ, VT, they are incredible, the nicest people; a big shout-out to you all, Eric and everyone else. Thank you for all you do!

They are THIEVES. Full stop. I was going to cash a check from Spain in euros, and they told me that, since the funds were not in us dollars, I had to pay a fee that translated in almost $1,300 dollars! I told them I was told that this operation was FREE, and I tried to negotiate with them to pay $400 for that operation. They said this was not negotiable. Then I opened a new bank account in TD bank just to see how much was the fee there. They charged me $17.50. Yup, under 20 bucks. Never again.

The does not update purchases for a long time, and it makes it hard to know how much money I have.

I can't take a non-blurry picture of the back of a check. It'll be in focus then I'll hit capture, and it goes blurry and loads forever. Please fix bug. Everything else is easy.
