★★☆☆☆ Purchased the premium version, and you still can't go above 60% hydration. I use 75% hydration, so I feel like I've wasted my money. Not sure how to get a refund either.

★★☆☆☆ I bought the pro version, but there's no indication about water temperature nor for the biga nor for the final dough. I'm quite disappointed! It would be great if the formulas and the factors like mixer/environment/flour temperatures could be added, so I won't have to make calculations on paper. Please Gracie mille caro! 🙏
