On top of that the responses from your guises support team... You hardly ever answer in the right manner. It's like you reiterate what are concerns are, and you leave it at that. As to think that play is some sort of validation to fix a problem. That's what frustrates me the most about this game. If you'd like to get sucked into a black hole play this game.
