I wish it was like card command as its notifications are not as consistent and no push notifications only text message card command had both

Was told by rep to delete my Card Command application, and install this one. FOR THE PAST 3 HRS, I have not been able to sign in to the app. It keeps saying it's not my fault, its there's. I leave for a trip out of the country tomorrow, and this is not good.

Cannot sign up using either card number because it says my email address already exists. Being I've never signed up for this, the only other option is to try the "forgot username" option? When entering my email on that screen, it says "username not yet enabled."
