★★☆☆☆ The app does not work properly. UX is extremely bad. Max is promoting to order via their app. I ordered food via the app, but the app suggested the wrong max location and placed the order there. When I described it to the counter and it's not my fault, it was the app. They refused to give me the food and did not refund. And their behavior was not professional. I don't think it goes with Max's standard. No one should order via app.

★★☆☆☆ Sends spam notification and does not allow you to turn off marketing notifications in the app.
