★★☆☆☆ Dogshit app made me miss all my payments and spam notice on my email. Go fix your app and ui since we wouldn't know if there is any outstanding or no, what's the point of displaying monthly payment only? Top isp company with dog shit app.

★★☆☆☆ Wish to upgrade the modem, received call from fixed line and will teach the procedure by WhatsApp. Ask to fill the details such as IC NO and email address, After that, the staff share the face I'd link to email and ask to do the verification. Upload the IC. To prevent the fraudsters. My point is I am existing Maxis modem and Maxis App user, why can't the staff to verify my details with existing record. And when I requested upgrade through Maxis App. I already filled in my details.

★★☆☆☆ Kinda useless app. It says you can remotely reboot the router but failed all the times. Like stupid.

★★☆☆☆ Badly designed authentication. You can't use the app (can't log in) if you are not in mobile network coverage (as you can't receive the SMS). Poor security standards - upon payment, does not allow you tom opt out from saving credit card details (Maxis, you know you can't mess up and leak my credit card details if you don't store them). Not storing customer credit card details is the safest option, but this app doesn't allow you to opt out. In general, skip this app if you can.
