Can't even properly verify my face because it somehow makes my surroundings as dark as the abyss. I can't log in my maya it always asks for a Facial verification but every time I take the video selfie it always failed and I already called the Maya support team about it, and they said that they will fix it so I try and try but still I cannot log in to my account.

The customer support is hard to reach. AI-powered chatbots are not enough. Their support email which was the only decent way to reach them was disabled, the "submit a ticket" option was removed, and the phone lines take forever to connect to a live agent. And when I finally got a hold of someone, he has no idea how to resolve the issue. He keeps putting me on hold to ask their "support" after question I asked. I, then, requested to be connected to said "support" but the agent refused to do so.
