Would appreciate if the app was more consistent and stable. Frequently I find it to be down and not functional. I like the remote start feature to warm and cool my car, however it's very odd that it turns off when I get into my vehicle.

Update... Fixed again after a month not working. Update... Not again! I'm receiving the same system error message. This is a very expensive app service that should not have the same problems that it had 2 years ago. There is no excuse for this. Update... I received a personal message from Mercedes that the system error within the app problem was fixed. Which was nice. The app is now working, and no issues are detected. I hope it will continue to work because it's an excellent app.

I have a 2014 550 g wagon that I bought used because it is what I can afford I looked at the 2025 g wagon you have a few versions of the g wagon I know you, want to try something new. Please don't take away the grill in the front. That \is the most it makes you stand out and the kit on the back. I love this about the g wagon. Remote start does not work 60% of time you get failure on our end. Remote start will not start your car, unless the tank is almost 1/2 full. It will tell you, you don't have enough gas. Even know you could still drive it 500 miles. And App takes to long to come up. If buying another car not sure I would get Mercedes because, I like remote start option, and it doesn't work when u need it most.
