Worked fine for over a year, then suddenly the app will not launch. I've uninstalled, reinstalled several times, verified all permissions have been allowed. Called bank, and support team said it was an issue with my phone. I can now only access my account through browser.

All of a sudden the developers decided to make changes and made where it wouldn't work on my phone anymore. Called support and was told you can get on through your browser. That is a horrible way to access account, so I had to buy a new phone to be able to use their app again.
