★★★★★ Used this app in a Japan trip. The English in the app was an amazing aid to order easily in mcd Japan without queuing. I was able to register and add my multicurrency Mastercard without issue, then easily order as the user experience and user flow is similar to mcd SG app that I'm used to. Won't even have realised that the store had ebi/prawn nuggeta without the random browsing of the app. Thanks!

★★☆☆☆ Mustard sauce packages are no longer available with french fries. I've lived in Japan for 8 years, and I've ordered mustard sauce with my french fries paying 30 yen extra per sauce package. I was happy to do so. One restaurant at a shopping center sold me a package recently for 40 yen, so I know it's possible. But today I was told this is no longer available. You have lost me as a customer, I will tell everybody about this new policy. I can't understand your thinking. Money is money let us buy it.

★★☆☆☆ This app no longer offers delivery. It says a driver is not" assigned yet" and then no updates and the order never goes through and no further messages. This has been happening for 1 month.

★★☆☆☆ New app really bad keeps stopping, closes the app. The old app was working great, Why take a good app and change it to one that sucks. Went to MCD to mobile order, had to update, then couldn't use the app, Was already at MCD with no credit card in pocket to order without app. Was very embarrassed depending on the app. If MCD had to give free meals as a sorry, I bet it would get fixed correctly.
