Useless. After the 7 October update the app will no longer connect to the server using either my tablet or cellphone. Will call Linear Monday, I guess, and report the problem. 13 October - They updated the update and the app works again. Very useful app. Several nice features. Test reminder, results list, supply order notification.

This app is used to report your current INR SELF-TESTING RESULTS to the company and then on to your Dr. Or clinic managing your Coumadin dosing. It must be connected to internet or cellular, but that's usually done when they bring you your mdINR Machine.

Tells me my PT2 is not supported by Bluetooth as my PT2 is in Bluetooth mode, also cannot order supplies as it just says system is down for maintenance constantly.

This app used to be good before - used to capture INR results through camera. Since the update, I have to manually enter it. Tried talking to tech support a few months ago, and they said camera support is only for IOS not for Android currently. Now, I cannot even place any orders. Linear, the world doesn't revolve around IOS, people have Android too.

Since the update on March 4, 2025, I don't get notifications to test. I tried to turn the notifications back on, but the app says all notifications are blocked. So I deleted and reinstalled, and now I can't pair my meter to the app, there is a red X next to the meter I selected which I assume means it's not connected. I had to call in my INR number this morning, yet I tested yesterday. I'm disappointed because it was working fine 11 days ago.

This app is just as stupid as the representatives who work at the mdINR call center. It always gives a message that states I should follow my doctor's recommended testing date. I have always followed my doctor's orders and my doctor has even reached out to mdINR to inform them that I am following their instructions. After countless emails and phone calls, I still get the message on the app and phone calls from incompetent imbeciles who have no idea how the app or the testing machines work.
