Poor service. My money deducted but they didn't receive it. Payment system not also good! Poor server system! I didn't face this issue before. They are saying to contact bank for this.from my side transaction completed, but they didn't receive it. I am very busy, but now I have to manage time to run after Bank. Medowkart saying they can't help it also not replying any of messages! Also don't know I will get my money back or not!!! Poor service!! Very bad.

Due to rainfall at around 04.00am, the delivery didn't happen even until 09.00am. Such undue delays citing reason of rainfall early in the morning is pathetic. Provide raincoats. That's how all of us also go to our respective places of work.

Initially the quality of milk was good but after taking long term subscription, quality has deteorated drastically, milk is very thin and no malai is there, it is more like double tonned milk. Now nobody picks up call or responds. I would prefer amul gold rather than getting cheated by them again, in name of purity and quality.
